This cold weather carries a powerful stillness—inviting us to conserve warmth, energy, and intention. In Celtic tradition, February 1st marks Imbolc, the beginning of Spring. Even as winter lingers, subtle (and sometimes dramatic) shifts are already underway.

As the seasons evolve, so do we. Honor your own process during this time. Use your energy resourcefully and compassionately, gently tending to what is most necessary.
