This is a beautiful time of year when the temperatures are cooling and the leaves turn brilliant colors and fall to the ground. We are invited to turn toward the past and remember those who bravely came before us. Some of whom are the very reason we are who we are, in all of our unique struggles as well as individual radiance. Our ancestors have gifted us their "secrets of survival" in the form of subconscious thought. These thoughts operate in the shadow beyond our conscious mind. Sometimes these beliefs are not resourceful in our current world and, if left unseen can create often limitation for us. It is possible to BOTH honor our loved ones by sending them love and gratitude AND honor our selves by becoming conscious of these beliefs so that we may decide whether to hold them or release them.
